ESP partnered with the client to transform their conference and training facilities into a sophisticated workplace environment that balances functionality, flexibility and accessibility. From the earliest planning stages, the design centred on creating a space that could comfortably support presentations, training sessions and collaborative meetings while maintaining a cohesive, professional aesthetic. A key priority for the client was to maximise accessibility and amenity for all staff, while ensuring compliance standards were strictly adhered to throughout the design and delivery process. This was thoughtfully integrated into the overall design, including the provision of a fully accessible bathroom. Delivered under our Design & Construct model, the completed space reflects the client’s operational requirements and brand identity, providing a contemporary environment that is both practical and welcoming for staff and visitors alike.
