ESP was engaged in a Design & Construct capacity to bring a modern touch to this corporate kitchen and dining space. We inherited an industrial base-build from which to take design cues, to deliver a cutting-edge dining space providing for food prep and service, dining, breakout and informal recreation. ESP worked closely with the client’s management team to extract a detailed brief on what the space should offer and managed the design, demo, construction and project management for this project. Being the heart of a dynamic corporate culture, the project called for a functional, modern amenity which also contributed to attracting staff “back to the office”.
