Tech Lab & Office

Working in partnership with the client, ESP delivered this 300m² office and tech lab space in Belrose under a Design & Construct model, creating a contemporary workplace designed around the way their team collaborates, connects and operates. The project involved integrating specialised technology spaces with a modern office environment, ensuring each area was carefully considered to support functionality, efficiency and flexibility. Through thoughtful spatial planning, refined finishes and a focus on the overall user experience, ESP created a cohesive workplace that balances practical requirements with a contemporary design approach, reflecting the client’s innovative and forward-thinking business.
