Director
Andrew brings hands-on leadership and over 30 years of office fitout expertise to every project at ESP. Known for his dedication, industry connections and customer first approach, his supplier partnerships deliver exceptional value for clients.
He has held numerous roles within the industry and forges strong relationships that create opportunities for new suppliers, allowing ESP to offer a broader range of products and services.
Outside of work, Andrew loves spending time with his wife and three children, is heavily involved in growing junior rugby union and has a passion for outdoor cooking. He enjoys playing touch footy and finding golf balls that he regularly sprays off the tee into the rough…
John Evans
Director
John drives ESP forward with 30 years of industry expertise and a hands-on approach that ensures every project meets his high standards. With experience across SMEs and Corporates, his ability to listen and respond to client needs fosters partnerships and ensures high-level finishes and results that exceed expectations on every project he manages.
John also leads ESP’s financial operations, ensuring every project stays on track, maintaining accurate management of accounts and budgets while being involved in its overall operational performance.
As a family man John’s wife and boys keep him busy. He is involved in coaching junior rugby league, teaches and practises martial arts but is sceptical about the “wax on, wax off” technique made famous by The Karate Kid.
Kim Jephcott
Director
With over 30 years in design and construction, Kim is the driving force behind ESP’s meticulous approach to commercial fitouts. As the head of Construction and Compliance, he’s involved in every project, ensuring no detail is missed.
His hands-on approach guarantees seamless execution and high-quality results, while his vast knowledge allows him to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Passionate about creating transformative workspaces, Kim’s leadership shapes the future of the business. Away from work he is a dedicated family man that loves travel, skiing, camping and fishing – just don’t start him on the one that got away.
Lachlan May
Project Manager
Lachlan joined ESP straight out of school while pursuing a business degree, fueled by a lifelong passion for construction from his father’s building background. As a Project Manager, his hands-on craftsmanship and strong business acumen enable him to tackle any build with enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude. Known for delivering high-quality results, he seamlessly bridges practical construction with strategic planning.
Outside of work, Lachlan embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying footy, off-roading, fishing, camping, and surfing while exploring the great outdoors of Australia.
Archie Sweeney
Project Manager
Archie launched his career at ESP straight out of school and quickly became an invaluable asset. As a Project Manager, his keen eye for detail ensures every site is organised and running smoothly. With construction in his DNA, he has a deep understanding of building, furniture, joinery and office services, allowing him to expertly manage every project facet.
In his spare time, Archie embraces adventure with snow skiing, fishing and surfing alongside family and friends. He also loves gardening and maintaining his small bee apiary, producing honey year-round.
Victoria Hardy
Interior Designer
Victoria brings her creative flair to ESP with a background in residential interior design. Her exceptional talent for blending colour, texture, furniture, and joinery results in spaces that are both beautiful and functional. With access to unique residential products, she sets office interiors apart from the rest.
Known for her efficiency, Victoria ensures a smooth design process that meets clients’ needs with speed and precision. Bringing her positive attitude and collaborative spirit to every project, she prides herself on making clients feel heard, valued and understood.
Victoria is a dedicated mum of three and loves travel, music, dancing and is a self-proclaimed musical theatre tragic!
Tiana Jephcott
Marketing & Communications Manager
Tiana is a vital member of the Enhanced Space Projects team, managing marketing and communications. With a Bachelor of Communications in Digital and Social Media, she oversees ESP’s social media, website development and marketing strategies, ensuring a strong online presence that creatively showcases the company’s work.
In addition to her marketing role, Tiana provides essential administrative support to the directors, handling key tasks that keep operations running smoothly. She is highly creative and has an exceptional eye for detail.
Outside of work, she loves all things art, music and fashion, and in her spare time enjoys travelling, going to concerts and exploring new places with friends.
